Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and including the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
